A company with ties to California-based MedMen, a medical and recreational cannabis company, has purchased a Jacksonville property.
LCR 11190 San Jose LLC bought a property in Mandarin, located at 11190 San Jose Boulevard, where Al's Pizza currently operates, for $2.7 million, according to a deed recorded in April. The LLC shares an address with the marijuana retailer.
The property previously belonged to restauranteur Al Mansur, who bought it in 2008 for $1.9 million, according to property records.…
