Concept replacing Beaver’s changes name, sets opening date


More changes are in store for the former Beaver’s restaurant off of Washington Avenue.

After closing Beaver’s Sept. 1 and announcing a new concept called Vinegar Hill Houston a month later, the restaurant’s operators changed the upcoming concept’s name to Decatur Bar & Pop-Up Factory in December. The Houston Chronicle reports that the opening date to reopen the space at 2310 Decatur St. is now Jan. 11.
