Construction starts on mixed-income apartment complex at old brewpub site


Construction started recently on the 116-unit apartment building at 10010 N. Capital of Texas Hwy., on the site of the old North by Northwest Restaurant and Brewery. About three-quarters of the units will be affordable housing for those making less than the median income level.
