Coordinated care network seeks to improve health equity in Washington


A healthy workforce requires much more than a good insurance plan.

Factors such as where people live, their level of education and socioeconomic status all impact health outcomes. In fact, research shows that 80% of a person’s health has to do with what happens outside the clinical setting.
