Copaken Brooks’ third Crossroads high-rise enters the chat


In recent years, Copaken Brooks has built, leased up and sold two multifamily high-rises in the Crossroads Arts District. The Kansas City developer now aims for a triple with a 13-story proposal in place of a 107-year-old former bank and two small commercial buildings.
