For fish lovers and grillers in the Pacific Northwest, it's now officially the most wonderful time of the year.

Alaska Airlines flew the first loads of Copper River salmon from Cordova, Alaska into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Friday, where it was welcomed with pomp and circumstance as three chefs competed to make the tastiest grilled bits.
