After Midnight Group, the Minneapolis company behind Cowboy Jack’s and several other Twin Cities bars, has purchased the former Brine’s Restaurant & Bar.
The restaurant will re-open, following a minor facelift, hopefully by June 1, said After Midnight co-owner Anne Loff. A name is to still to be determined, but it won’t be a Cowboy Jack’s, Loff said.
