A North Texas architecture, engineering and management firm has purchased an Atlanta company for an undisclosed price.
KAI Texas acquired Dorsey Engineering, effective Oct. 1. With the deal, Dorsey’s staff in Atlanta and Jacksonville, Florida, is completing existing contracts with company clients, and moving forward, will take on new opportunities under the name KAI Engineering LLC, according to a news release announcing the transaction.
