Das Bevo will cease its restaurant operations as it continues to host private events.
In announcing the change, the business said in a Facebook post that its private event business is "booming."
Pat and Carol Schuchard renovated the Bevo Mill landmark, which is located in south St. Louis and reopened in May 2017. They told the Business Journal that year that they invested $1.5 million in the property. The project received a 10-year tax abatement from the city.
