The City of Memphis has its share of problems, from a declining population to poverty. Yet, based on a recent ranking, selling homes isn’t one of them.
In a state top 10 ranking of the easiest places to sell a house, Memphis metro cities took six spots.
That's according to a recently released ranking of cities by New York-based financial tech company SmartAsset. The company ranked cities based on the average number of days homes spent for sale on the market.
