Debra Osteen named Acadia CEO


Debra K. Osteen, who earlier this month announced her retirement as president of the behavioral health division of Universal Health Services, has landed a new job as CEO of Acadia Healthcare Co.

Acadia (NASDAQ: ACHC), based in Franklin, Tenn., operates 586 behavioral health care facilities with about 18,000 beds in 40 states, the United Kingdom and Puerto Rico.

Osteen replaces Joey Jacobs, who was removed by the Acadia's board from his roles as the company's CEO and chairman.
