Two Colorado restaurants have landed on Full Service Restaurant magazine's list of the top 100 independent restaurants for 2018.
Linger at 2030 W. 30th Ave. in Denver's LoHi neighborhood was founded in 2011 by Justin Cucci and features New American and global cuisine. It is featured in FSR's "Intentional Design" category.
Linger is part of the Edible Beats concept group, which includes Root Down, Ophelia’s, Vital Root and El Five in Denver.
