Developer closes on land lease for mixed-use project near Talking Stick Resort

Caliber will develop on roughly 78 of the 100 acres it acquired the rights to for the Riverwalk Development. The company plans mixed-use entertainment, retail, restaurants, hotels, event venues and immersive art attractions as part of the project.
