The Keith Corp. files to rezone Dilworth Neighborhood Grille site with plans for office, retail building

Charlotte-based The Keith Corp. filed a petition with the city on Nov. 15 to rezone Cavalaris Village at 911 E. Morehead St., from business to mixed-use development.
