Developer pivots to condos for Gulch tower project midway through construction


A Texas-based developer has shifted gears on its 29-story Gulch tower midway through construction. The 300-unit high-rise, called Pullman Gulch Union, will now be offered as a condominium, making the tower the first for-sale condo opportunity in the Gulch since 2015.
