Developer ProsPac hires veteran A&B exec to oversee Hawaii project


ProsPac Holdings Group has hired veteran Hawaii real estate executive Rick Stack to oversee the developer’s operations, including the development of Azure Ala Moana, its 429-unit mixed-use tower planned for a site across from Walmart’s Honolulu store.
