Developer talks new projects bringing jobs, investment to downtown Dayton in 2019


Jason Woodard, founder and principal of Dayton-based Woodard Development, discussed a few of the biggest projects he has in the works for next year. When finished, these investments will bring a bevy of new jobs to downtown Dayton as vacant space is redeveloped, existing buildings are backfilled and new construction is completed.
