Developers approved to start building ‘legacy’ $750 million mixed-use project in Hill Country


A development team has revealed plans for the $750 million Legacy Crossing mixed-use project, bringing more than a thousand homes, hundreds of multifamily units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of retail and commercial space to the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 281 and State Highway 71.
