The developers of the Moana Pacific mixed-use condominium in Honolulu have purchased two parcels further down Kapiolani Boulevard, next door to the Mandarin Oriental Honolulu project.
Evershine III LP, owned by Fred and Annie Chan, bought 1659 Kapiolani Blvd. and 1673 Kapiolani Blvd., home to Club Femme Nu, for an undisclosed price in a transaction that closed on Oct. 11.
