Victoria’s Secret, DSW, American Eagle veterans raise $65M to launch national cannabis business


Veterans of brands such as American Eagle Outfitters, DSW and Victoria's Secret have raised about $65 million to launch an international marijuana business to fix what they say is a lousy retail experience so far.

Green Growth Brands Ltd. already has acquired medical marijuana operators and makers of products such as CBD-infused lotions. Its investor presentation says executives who helped grow brands such as Bath & Body Works can make cannabis products household names, too.
