Developers file more than two dozen rezoning petitions to get ahead of UDO rule changes


Twenty-eight petitions were filed between Jan. 27 and Jan. 31 for potential commercial projects in Charlotte as developers scrambled to get ahead of rule changes related to the city's unified development ordinance.
