Dining news: Cocktail bar opens in Rittenhouse; Radicchio Cafe to serve liquor after 23 years as BYOB


The local restaurant industry was abuzz with announcements this week, as a new cafe and cocktail bar opened in Rittenhouse and a longstanding Old City BYOB secured its liquor license with plans to start serving alcohol in September.
