DMV construction company breathes new life into historic downtown Frederick, Maryland, building

Built in the year 1900, the original carriage house building located at 46 S. Market Street in Frederick, Maryland, has been vacant since the great flood of 1976 that brought in a devastating 7.27 inches of rain. Sitting inactive for 43 years, the location finally had new life breathed into it with the start of construction in 2019. As downtown Frederick, Maryland, and the vein of the community Carroll Creek has grown, this building is an exciting new development for the community and visitors alike.
