When Doug Hogrefe, partner of 4Top Hospitality, began looking for a site to open Etch in 2011, he was not interested in downtown. Now, the top-rated restaurant is celebrating 10 years in the epicenter of Nashville's growth. Hogrefe shares how Etch has maintained prominence despite a growing restaurant scene.
