Downtown L.A. retail bounces back as consumers crave in-person shopping, report says


Nick Griffin, executive director of L.A.’s Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID), said shoppers are returning downtown, craving the experience of browsing items in-person as they interact with retailers in a brick and mortar shop.
