East Palo Alto, other Bay Area cities are joining the $1 million home club


Bay Area homes continue to swiftly appreciate, as seven more of the region's cities have median home prices forecast to surpass $1 million in 2019, according to a new Zillow report.

With a median home price of $953,600, the Bay Area already has 46 cities in the $1 million home club — more than any other metro area nationwide.

On the Peninsula, East Palo Alto, Broadmoor Village (an enclave within Daly City), Daly City and Brisbane are all on track to hit this mark, as are the East Bay cities…
