EBDI redevelopment breaks ground for 34 more townhomes near Hopkins Hospital


The second phase of town house development in Middle East started Wednesday — and the units in what was once one of the city's most blighted communities will start at $300,000.

Now in its 16th year, the East Baltimore Development Inc. redevelopment of Middle East has continued to roll on with the latest addition coming at a ground breaking for 34 three-story townhouses to be added to the Townes of Eager Park community.
