El Tiempo’s longtime Montrose location back on month-to-month lease


El Tiempo 1308 Cantina won't close just yet.

The longtime Montrose restaurant had announced July 18 that its last day of service would be July 31, but that’s now been pushed back, according to a press release. Citing a technical construction delay, the owners of the property have reinstated a month-to-month lease with Roland Laurenzo, owner of the beloved Tex-Mex eatery. The lease was signed July 25.
