Elk Grove City Council schedules another meeting over Oak Rose Apartments

Less than a day after voting unanimously to continue a potential decision on the Oak Rose Apartments project to Oct. 11, the Elk Grove City Council has scheduled a special meeting to discuss the project again much sooner.
