Emerging health care exec: Mercy Flight’s Matthew Randall


With a trauma nurse for a mother and an EMT/police officer father, Matthew Randall seemed destined to end up in health care.

But it may be his mother’s discipline methods that sealed the deal: When he misbehaved as a teenager, she made him write out chapters from her nursing books or learn about endocrine functions.

“I had a phenomenal health care upbringing,” he said.
