Energy leases drive spike in Houston’s Q2 office leasing, but rest of 2023 could get choppy, CRE firms say


JLL noted that Houston outpaced every other major Texas market in leasing activity during the second quarter. But the outlook for the rest of 2023 isn't quite as rosy, according to commercial real estate firms.
