EPC tries again on Deer Creek apartment plan, but after rejection pivots again to single-family homes

At the urging of some Deer Creek Golf Club neighbors, EPC resurrected an apartment plan, but Overland Park rejected it. As a consequence, the golf course won't be saved, and the developer will build single-family homes instead.
