EpiCentre foreclosure leads to remake as Queen City Quarter: CBJ’s No. 13 story of 2022

The foreclosure of the EpiCentre complex in uptown Charlotte cleared the way for the sale of the property to Deutsche Bank. The creditor made the only bid, at $95 million, during a public auction at Mecklenburg County Courthouse on Aug. 9.
