Essex Studios in Walnut Hills offers peek at artists in their element during holiday walk

Over the years, the Essex Studios building in Walnut Hills has been the home of Hamilton Tailoring, which manufactures the iconic green blazers given to winners of the Masters golf tournament. It also housed the first iteration of Tod Swormstedt’s American Sign Museum, which now has its own building in Camp Washington.

These days, the industrial-looking exterior doesn’t hint at the creative process that hums daily inside the building that sits on McMillan Street hard by busy Interstate 71.
