Ex-Hooters CEO Coby Garrett Brooks lists nearly 800-acre Georgia hunting ranch for $4 million


The former CEO of Hooters is putting his expansive south Georgia hunting ranch on the market.

Coby Garrett Brooks, who led Atlanta-based Hooters of America Inc. from 2003 until he sold the company to private equity firm HIG Capital and Chanticleer Holdings in 2011, priced the roughly 790-acre hunting ranch at $4.1 million, according to a listing by Jon Kohler & Associates.
