A general manager has been named for the new French restaurant that Tampa's Next Level Brands is opening in Water Street.
Heather Rivas will be GM of Boulon Brasserie, opening this fall on the street level of Thousand & One office tower. She's an Ohio native who has more than 15 years of restaurant experience, according to a release.
Next Level Brands is led by restaurateur Jeff Gigante, Franklin Street CEO Andrew Wright and attorney Joseph Guggino.
