Fairview Health Services has acquired River Falls, Wisconsin-based Vibrant Health Family Clinics, which operates clinics in River Falls, Ellsworth and Spring Valley, all in Wisconsin.
The Minneapolis-based health care provider announced the acquisition in a press release on Wednesday.
