Fehmi Karahan, whose Legacy West campus in Plano famously landed the North American headquarters for Toyota Motor Co. in the biggest corporate relocation to North Texas in the past decade, says Dallas-Fort Worth and particularly the northern suburbs are well-positioned for a fresh wave of corporate migration whether or not a recession hits.
