Film composer lists Snyder-designed Honolulu home, Nickelback bassist lists on Maui, ‘Lost’ actor sells in Hawaii Kai


A film composer has listed a Honolulu home designed by a well-known Hawaii architect, while actor Josh Holloway, who stars on USA Network’s “Colony,” has sold his “Lost”-era home in Hawaii Kai and the founding member of the band Nickelback has listed his oceanfront estate on Maui.

Composer Ryuichi Sakamoto’s home in Waialae Iki designed by architect Sid Snyder, Vladimir Ossipoff’s partner in the firm Ossipoff Snyder Architects Inc., was recently listed for $2.95 million.
