The founder of a well-known local restaurant chain is selling his El Dorado Hills home, which includes many elements for cooking enthusiasts.

Eric Schnetz, who founded the local Chicago Fire chain, is moving to Placer County for the convenience of his family. His El Dorado Hills home at 2532 Via Fiori is listed for $2.195 million.
