First Four Seasons Private Residences in downtown Minneapolis sell above $2M, move-ins begin


Starting at about $1,100 per square foot, the condominiums atop the RBC Gateway tower in downtown Minneapolis have started to sell with move-ins beginning just last week.

The Four Seasons Private Residences, encompassing 34 units on the top six floors of the tower, has now closed on a "handful" of the condos, with a majority of the rest expected to be sold by the end of this year, Cynthia Froid, exclusive sales director for the residences, told the Business Journal.
