LPCiminelli, once the region's largest general contractor, closed following allegations and charges filed against CEO Louis Ciminelli – Frank Ciminelli's father – related to construction of the Tesla plant on South Park Avenue in South Buffalo. Louis Ciminelli was found guilty and sentenced to a federal prison in Arizona and has since been released.
