Food: Wendy’s introduces new Frosty flavor for holidays


Wendy's (Nasdaq: WEN) is introducing a new flavor to its Frosty lineup, just in time for the holidays.

The Peppermint Frosty will be the restaurant chain's first holiday-themed product. It will roll out next Tuesday, and will be available for a limited time.

It will replace strawberry, which was introduced last summer, CNN reports.

The Kraft Heinz Co. said it is going to get rid of the plastic bags used in its iconic Shake 'n Bake package.
