Longtime Oakley bar closes, plans move to new location


A bar and cafe that has called Oakley home since the 1980s is closing temporarily as it moves to a new location.

Habits Cafe, which has been at 3036 Madison Road since 1980, hosted its last day at that location on April 20. The restaurant and bar, which opened its doors while Oakley was better known as a hub for biker bars than one of Cincinnati's hottest neighborhoods, is moving across the street to the Oakley Laundromat building at 3029 Madison Road.
