Forbes billionaires list: Wayfair co-founders drop off, Kraft, telecom founder rocket up

Granite Telecommunications founder Rob Hale saw his wealth rise by almost $2 billion last year, according to Forbes' latest list of global billionaires, while Wayfair (NYSE:W) co-founders Niraj Shah and Steve Conine lost their billionaire statuses.
