Former ag property in Elverta to be redeveloped into new headquarters for RCI Plumbing, Toro Engineering

Sacramento County supervisors will review a proposal Tuesday to convert a long-defunct agricultural property in Elverta into a new headquarters for two local firms, RCI Plumbing and General Contractors and Toro Engineering Inc.
