Former Bob Evans CEO Steven Davis died July 10.
He suffered massive cardiac arrest, according to a statement.
Davis, 64, spent decades in the restaurant industry. He led New Albany-based Bob Evans from 2006 to 2014.
He was the first person not in the Evans or Owens families to lead the company. (Owens is a Texas-based sausage brand Bob Evans acquired in the 1980s.)
