The old CBC is becoming P and G.
The owners of Pat and Gracie’s are adding a third restaurant to their portfolio. P and G Wood Fired Kitchen, a twist on their existing taverns, is taking over the space at 525 Short St. in the Brewery District that for the previous two decades was CBC Restaurant.
“(Co-owner Tony Wildman) and I are trying a new concept in that space,” co-owner Matt Rootes said in an email. “We will have some of our favorites and a lot of new menu items.”
