Report: Peruvian chicken, Italian-inspired pizza restaurant opens in Greensboro

A new restaurant has opened in Greensboro specializing in Peruvian rotisserie chicken and Italian-inspired pizza, according to a report in the Greensboro News & Record.

Embur Fire Fusion at 107 Smyres Place will make both in a wood-fired oven, the report says.

The restaurant, opened by Koco Tamburi, will be a more casual spin-off of his Osteria Italian restaurant on Westover Terrace in Greensboro, according to the newspaper. Osteria’s Chef Jorge Castillo is leading Embur’s kitchen.
