Former City Center Square owner reaffirms interest in KC with pair of purchases


Two Kansas City-area apartment complexes have been acquired by Time Equities Inc. for a total of $12.275 million.

In January, the New York-based real estate firm purchased the 216-unit Suntree Apartments in Kansas City, Kan., for $9.15 million. Suntree Apartments, 3040 Suntree Plaza, consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments spread across 16 buildings.
